P3 is an International Creative Firm that has successfully provided Brand Development,
Marketing Services and Creative Design since 1990 to start-up companies,
as well as, existing companies. We are currently hiring sales reps in all
major metropolitan areas to sell our Websites & Internet Marketing Packages.
There are several other creative services and marketing bundles that can
be offered; however, we feel our Website & Website Redesign Packages
will be timely & welcome components for you to offer and sell.
If you have prior experience selling brand development, creative design, and marketing services, you will find that once our clients have had a chance to experience our full suite of services, the average life-time value of our customers is roughly $50,000.
The combo packages that we feel will be easy to sell start at $3000
and include site design, copywriting services and internet marketing.
For clients who do not purchase the entire package with one payment,
we offer attractive in-house installment options.
We have available online proposal, contact management and job production systems
to effectively manage a smooth and seamless experience for P3 and its customers.
There are also team members in place to handle each facet of production. Once
you make the sale, you then hand your intake packet off to a production staff
member. You're then notified along the way of the status of you client's project.
Through stages of productions and after production you will have opportunities
for up-sells or cross-sells. We mention these details now because we'd like you
to have a clear picture of how much effort we focus on supporting you making
a win/win for all parties in this transaction.
Your responsibilities, should you choose to except this opportunity,
would be to source prospects in your area. We offer suggestions and
guidance for prospecting practices, as well as, supporting print
collateral and intake systems train helpful in selling our services.
There are also sales support from senior staff members including
one of the original founders of the company and 2003 Florida Business
Woman of the Year, and 2004 National Business woman of the year winner,
Jewel McKeon. If you can get Jewel on the phone or in front of your
prospect, you'll have an awesome chance to close your sale.
We offer the ability for sales reps to come onboard as a 1099 contractors, and
if you're able to maintain consistent sales results, you may be eligible to be
converted to W-2 status and receive insurance benefits, expense reimbursements,
memberships into local networking organizations like BNI or chambers of commerce,
receive base pay, and be eligible for territory Sales Manager promotions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Education at the college level and/or 2 years combined related sales experience.
★ Experience in selling Marketing Services, Website Sales and Creative Design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
★ Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude.
This position starts as commission-only sales. Commission rates are 20% of all
service related labor sales (website design, commercial art services, marketing
service packages, etc.) plus 25% of net profits are paid on product related sales
(printing, signs, banners, etc.).
Average sales ranges from $2500 to $15,000. Commissions are paid biweekly upon
